Additional comments and information on logistics and installation
Unloading can only be carried out using a telescopic handler, so it's up to our customers to have one available when our lorries arrive at the delivery site.
Our modules are produced in very high quality concrete (B50-60 - C45/60) and delivered ready to be unloaded and installed on site. The long assembly times required for traditional equipment, which can lead to installation costs of up to 30%/40% of the price of the supplies delivered, are not to be considered with our line of "removable" and "self-standing" products.
Some modules are placed "vertically" in the lorry to save space - they need to be placed "horizontally" once they have been unloaded, if possible on soft ground to avoid the risk of the concrete module falling onto hard ground, which could damage it given its weight.
Most of the equipment is set up using a simple hand pallet truck; for heavier elements that are more complex to position (corners, grindrails), the forklift used for unloading or a wheeled backhoe is essential (the modules are lifted using straps and placed on the ground for the corners or on other modules for the grindrails).
Transport
The machines are heavy and you need to allow for carriage costs, ex works, which can vary between 5 and 20% of the price of the supplies, depending on the size of the order (bringing a single Quarterpipe to the site can represent 20% of its price, but transporting a complete skatepark will only represent 5% of its value). You should therefore be aware that transport costs are unavoidable, but we calculate them precisely once the customer has made his final choice and we can determine the exact volume and weight.
All products comply with the European standard for SKATEPARKS: EN-14974
